Pastors Jhon Milton Rodriguez an Industrial Engineer master in Finances and Norma Stella Ruiz Fashion Designer and Journalist gave their lives to Jesus in 1988, same year of their engagement. In 1999 they founded Mision Peace to the Nations Ministry with a prayer group at a small office with their four children and five guests who are today part of their ministry and serve The Lord devotedly. Their eldest daughter Giselle and her husband Joel Manderfield are Youth Pastors at Faith Community in Medellin with a membership of 2,000 people.
Their second daughter Diana Carolina and her husband Gerardo Aristizabal are Youth Pastors at Mission Peace to the Nations with a membership of 5,000 people. Kelly Johanna and John Esteban their youngest children are part of the youth and Worship Ministry of Mission Peace to the Nations.Today twelve years later on February 2011 Pastors Jhon Milton and Norma Stella Rodriguez have been commissioned by the Corporate Body of Christ in their city as Apostle and Prophet in their order with an evident fruit of lives transformation and development which we detail as follows:
A family in the faith that consolidates 20,000 members, 3.400 cell groups and 14 branches in Colombia and 1 in Miami. Founders of CUDES University, this is a pioneer Christian University with Entrepreneurial Profile recognized by the Colombian Government. This University counts with Academic Agreements between Hansei University of Korea – which belongs to the biggest church in the world pastored by David Yonggi Cho, Regent University of Virginia and Oral Roberts University of Tulsa, USA.
Our soup kitchens serve a current number of 1,100 children in Colombia and 200 in Gambia (Africa) with a permanent growth focus We offer constant training and Business Development through our Entrepreneurial Centre. The Ministry strengthens people’s faith through Congresses and television programs broadcasted through Latin America, United States and Europe. By sharing God’s grace in the Ministry there’s a full anual agenda of Conventions such as Real Men, Triumphant Women, NGX Youth and Leadership Explosion which closes with DUNAMIS a Miracle celebration which brings together thousands of people blessed by the power of God. Just recently in October 2011 the deal to purchase 63,000 M2 was closed putting together a total of 133,000 M2 (32 Acres) of land upon which the new headquarters will be built as ICSD (International Corporation for Social Development) holding CUDES University thought for 5,000 students, the Integral Development Institute for 15,000 people, the Arts Academy, and a main auditorium for 12,000 people. This project will require the investment of 60 million dollars and its actual building will begin by February 2012 and a deadline planned by 2015.
